Since 2017, an open call for financing activities of cultural-artistic and cultural-educational societies is launched every year. In 2017 the Institute for Culture of Ruthenians in Vojvodina financed the realisation of the manifestations. Since 2018 the competition has also been open for other CSOs and other legal entities and cultural entities with its headquarters in APV whose main area of activity is culture or for the most part engaged in culture. The Institute finances programs and projects related to preservation, nurturing, presentation and development of the culture and art of the Ruthenian community in the Republic of Serbia.
The Institute also has an open call for publication of Bachelor, Masters and Magister Theses of public interest for the Ruthenian community in culture called Innovation edition – Vladimir Garjanski.
