With a festive artistic program, the Institute for culture of Ruthenians in Vojvodina officially started working in the new premises.
At the beginning of the program, guests were greeted by the Director of the Institute Saša Sabadoš who announced the pre-premiere screening of the television adaptation of the play “Before the Rooster Crows” directed by Slavko Vinaji (RKC Novi Sad). In the extension of the program, according to Sabadoš, our most proven writers – Irina Hardi Kovačević, Ahneta Bučko Papharhaji, Olena Plančak Sakač, Nikola Šanta and Slavko Vinaji, as well as Sabadoš himself, read one selected poem by the recently deceased writer Mihal Ramač, and then one poem of their own.
The new premises of the Institute were officially opened on Tuesday by the representatives of the Provincial Government and the National Council of Ruthenians, and this program was organized to mark the 15th anniversary of the Institute’s existence.
